Ideal Architect's Design for Iconic Mosque competition, at Dubai Creek Harbor held by Emaar. The design philosophy was based on the analogy of The Mosque to be The Heaven since the mosque is the way for believers to grant heaven by performing their five prayers in! We have selected the following characteristics to be our inspiration for the design from the versus of the Quran:
“Gardens underneath which rivers flow”,
“In a High Garden”,
Dark green with foliage (in which the trees tangled twigs )
Also the design has inspired from the sacred number seven in Islam in which we have used seven minarets!
The design is the First Suspended building in the World!!
