The Project is a 4 star Hotel Suites tower located in city of Khobar in Saudi Arabia. The Hotel was designed in a way to allow maximum views to the sea and the city. The Building consists of 28 floors with six one bedroom suite units and one two bedroom suite unit per floor of a total of 196 units. Ground and Mezzanine floors house all supporting amenities for the hotel in addition to the two basements for parking and Services.
