An office tower of 37 floors located in Al-Seef district in kingdom of Bahrain. The project was rotated in a way to maximize the views toward both the sea and the city.
Each floor contains four offices. Ground & Mezzanine floors house all supporting amenities for the offices in addition to the five floors of parking on the top of the mezzanine floor.
